Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
Pick-up from Marrakech Airport and transfer to your riad/hotel in the heart of the Medina.
Free time to explore the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square — a UNESCO Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage.
Watch snake charmers, storytellers, and acrobats as the square comes alive at sunset.
Optional dinner in a traditional restaurant with live Moroccan music.
Day 2
Guided tour of Marrakech’s historical and cultural sites:
Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and Saadian Tombs
Explore the colorful Medina souks selling spices, leather, and crafts. Optional visit to the famous Majorelle Garden.
Afternoon free to enjoy rooftop cafés, shopping, or relax in a traditional hammam spa.
Day 3
Depart Marrakech crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m).
Visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Continue to Ouarzazate, the 'Hollywood of Africa' — optional visit to Atlas Film Studios.
Drive through the beautiful Skoura Oasis and Kalaat M'gouna (Valley of Roses) to the spectacular Dades Valley.
Day 4
Breakfast and departure to the Todra Gorges, Morocco’s most famous canyon.
Continue via Tinejdad and Erfoud, famous for fossils and dates.
Arrive in Merzouga, gateway to the Sahara Desert.
Camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes, enjoy sunset, dinner, and a night under the stars.
Day 5
Early wake-up for a magical sunrise over the golden dunes — a truly unforgettable moment.
After breakfast, leave the desert via historic Rissani and the palm-lined Ziz Valley gorge.
Cross the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing Midelt (lunch stop), the Cedar Forest of Azrou with its Barbary monkeys, and Ifrane 'the Switzerland of Morocco'.
Arrive in Fes by evening (~7 hours total driving).
Day 6
Meet your local guide for a full-day visit of Fes el Bali, Morocco’s oldest medina.
Explore Al-Qarawiyyin University, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Fountain, and Chouara Tanneries.
Stroll through the souks and artisan workshops.
Day 7
Depart for Meknes, the imperial city of Sultan Moulay Ismail. Visit the impressive Bab Mansour Gate and El Hedim Square.
Explore the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis (UNESCO site) with its well-preserved mosaics and Triumphal Arch.
Continue north through the scenic Rif Mountains to the magical Blue City of Chefchaouen (~4 hours).
Day 8
Free day to enjoy the enchanting blue-painted streets of Chefchaouen.
Optional hike to the Spanish Mosque for panoramic views, visit local artisan shops, or relax in a café overlooking the blue medina.
Day 9
After breakfast, drive to Rabat, Morocco’s capital city.
Visit Hassan Tower, Mohamed V Mausoleum, and the Kasbah of the Udayas.
Continue to Casablanca, the economic hub of Morocco.
Day 10
Breakfast at your hotel with optional visit to the stunning Hassan II Mosque.
Transfer to Casablanca Mohammed V Airport for your flight home.
