Amsirar Trip provides travel planning, tour bookings, excursions, and related travel services in Morocco. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Booking and Payment
All bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation. Full payment is typically due before the tour start date as specified in your booking confirmation. Prices are quoted in the currency indicated and may be subject to change until full payment is received. Additional charges may apply for optional activities or upgrades.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour or excursion booked. Generally, cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations 15-29 days before departure receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance.
Limitation of Liability
Amsirar Trip acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for their actions or omissions. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Amsirar Trip and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
